    Seller was quick to communicate with me when I asked for some more photos of the DVD. He sent a lot and the DVD was received as described. I saw a lot of negative reviews about delayed shipping, when my item went to ship I saw it was going to take almost two months, asked the Seller if they could work with me if I paid for quicker shipping and they did. Item was received in about four days, if it even took that long. Overall great deal for the value, would do business with again.

    Pacific Heights DVD

    I am quite pleased with this DVD ! I saw this movie several years ago and could never recall it's title, only the content and it was a GREAT movie ! This is a good one to watch for all potential landlords ! Finally, by doing a search on the internet on the movie content I was able to discover the movie title, I was elated to finally find it after all these years !

    One of those movies most folks don't know about..

    This film is one of those that kind of flew under the radar in the early 90's; great stars, not much fanfare. Michael Keaton plays the bad guy in this turn, and most convincingly. Melanie Griffith, maybe her best performance other than Something Wild. Twists and turns, sweaty palm moments, all included. Great weekend nostalgic watch with popcorn..

    Scary and Entertaining

    Scary and entertaining. If you like Michael Keaton's Batman and Beetlejuice, you will love this movie. If you are thinking about becoming a landlord, I highly recommend seeing this movie. Be sure to look for Tippi Hedron (Hitchcock's "The Birds") cameo. Tippi is a movie Icon... as well as Melanie Griffith's mother. Great Movie

    Edge of your seat movie

    Anyone interested in property management should watch this movie. It truly summarizes just how big of a mess you can get in with tenants, many who are wolves in sheeps clothing. I've managed property 40 years and this movie should be a training film for newbies.

    Phsycological thriller and horror that could be close to you. Best character for Michael Keaton ever in my opinion. Super creepy total psychopath not a killer!
