Among the best management books I've read
Gen Hal Moore's short book is an inspiring call to excellence. Wonderfully written with just the right balance of leadership examples from the thick of combat, military 'administrative' duties and business. i came away with a renewed respect for this country's dedicated military leaders, their management acumen, courage, dedication and love of their troops.
