Customs in NZ slowed delivery but the seller was excellent with their help tracking. The hold up was because the value was over NZ$1000, Customs held it and assessed gst and added an extra processing fee. I'd suggest that eBay ammends their system so that all items over NZ$1000 going to NZ have gst added at pojnt of sale. Highly recommend seller!
