NASCAR Unleashed is an arcade-style racing game that puts superstar drivers on real-world roads, with races run in famous venues such as Daytona, Martinsville, and Chicagoland -- and out in the surrounding city streets, as well. Behind the wheel as Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, or one of a dozen others, players take the power and speed of NASCAR for an off-track joyride. Close but not close enough...
I was a HUGE NASCAR RUMBLE fan (with the awesome vehicules, storms, ice & slicks we could throw at others) but I had to let it go a few years ago. Now owner of PS3 I was looking for the same NASCAR RUMBLE which apparently isn't compatible to PS3... So after looking at several reviews that said - quote - Next Best Thing to Ruble... Excellent arcade crashing split screen racer
This is not a game for people wanting a realistic NASCAR experience. It is a fantastic arcade racer when the goal is to crash other cars while trying to win the race. An added bonus is the real NASCAR racers and cars from the release time are also there for added fun.
