Icom FL-223 SSB filter
This filter has improved my ability to listen to SSB and make more contacts on phone.

good for price
price was right being used was sent to me asap and boxed wrapped well yes it was for icom 706 and it does make recieve better.

Great for an 'ol Icom IC-706 original
A must for a great machine that does not have DSP NR. Works great especially on a busy band!

Helps hearing the SSB signal amongst the noise.
Filter is excellent when you need to lower the SSB bandwidth some more to help negate noisy band. Works a treat when needed.

Great shortwave SSB filter
With the Icom IC-R75 receiver, the Icom FL-223 filter is great for single sideband reception, does well together with noise reduction to focus more on signals rather then noise.

Minimal adjacent signal rejection
The filter does not reject adjacent signals as well as I would have hoped, but I am new to the hobby.
