Post WWII Philosophical Idealism
Among the first film footage taken in the Berlin and surrounding area just after World War II becomes the backdrop of this philosophical diddy which (as always after the fact) questions why don't "we all get along." A group of strangers happening on a train, unit to trace the apparent disappearance of a German diplomat whom has developed a philosophical approach for his German people. To learn from the atrocities of war and it's inevitable results. Each of the strangers so happens to represent different countries (allies) of the postwar period.
