    good seller, i ask to have the battery box checked and the seller responded that he had. the if item was shipped promptly and was just as described, however like a lot of old electronics the screen degraded to the point that it is unusable. Not the sellers fault. I should have asked to have it tested before i purchased it.

    Great unit - great price.

    Very good price point for a rock solid GPS. If you want to load topographical maps onto the unit you will require a Windows XP PC to install the Topo software, as this software is unusable on Windows 10. Also, if the GPS unit is not running firmware 5.43 or above, you cannot connect the serial cable to the unit. However, the work-around is to put the SDCARD in a card reader and copy the maps directly onto it. This will require you to put the GPS serial number into the Topo software.

    Title tells it as it is. Purpose of item is for navigating and plotting location in the field or on the lake.

    Item is a must for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, and professionals. Great for mapping and plotting your location in the field. Highly recommend it.

    Godd but dated GPS

    Works well. I purchased because I had one previously and have all the map software and accessories for it. The last one lasted over 15 years. Lets see if this one does.
