works great if you have an Apple product. Kinda works with Android.📱
works with both my Samsung android phones and apple iPad mini 6. I cannot say it is leaps and bounds better than the other generic cheap ones sold here on eBay as far as image goes.one thing to mention is that it will not charge my android phone or tablet while using it with hdmi even tho it will show it is charging when plugged into power source. it charges with my iPad mini of course.🤷🏻‍♀️

good Apple adapter
It's an Apple branded adapter that works and has good build quality. Is it worth the original retail price of $60? Probably not. But if you can get it for half that or less here on eBay, it's a good value.

Must use for-Mac adapters, not generic ones.
I was stubborn to accept that Apple products use proprietary technology. How could they when a generic USB-C adapter fits the MacBook? I saw my colleague's USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter, and what struck me was there was no change in the native resolution of his Mac when plugged in to HDMI. The non-Mac adapter I had worked albeit annoyingly. Simply plugging in the adapter would change my resolution to (something like) 640 x 480! That's a lot of screen real estate rendered useless by that low resolution. I was happy to find a for-Mac adapter for a fraction of the retail cost. Let's just say I am pleased with the purchase experience, the seller, and the turnaround time between placing the order and receiving the item. Thank YOU!

Bad product
Didn’t work at all, only thing it was good at was getting terrible hot and smell like burning something artificial. Brand new, go figure. But that I recall every cable related Apple accessory that I had has fallen apart very unbelievably quick. You think that by paying Apple prices for their cable/accessories you also getting you’re money is worth quality speaking. Hey, guess again…..

Works great with iPad Air 4
I had previously bought a generic adapter to use with an iPad Air 4, but the screen froze when trying to view on a TV. I picked up this Apple adapter and it works great. Definitely better to get the real deal in this case.

Solved a Connectivity Problem
I resisted buying an Apple-branded adapter for my son's 2020 MB Pro, but nothing else worked. This was priced reasonably, worked right out of the box, and came in time for Christmas!

Expensive but works great.
While I know some people have had bad experiences with this, I haven't. It works excellently, and have not yet found a different brand that functions better. HDMI output is very reliable. No complaints other than it is expensive. Hence, why I found one on eBay!

Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter MJ1K2AM/A is Awesome!!
Genuine Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter MJ1K2AM/A White works perfectly without heating up or having any conflict with Macbook. Highly recommend it over after market products designed to do the same thing.

this one will beat all third party adapters out of the water.
I tried third party hubs/adapters for my MacBook, I use it as a desktop, and while they do the job at first, you'll eventually run into bugs that cause compatibility issues or hardware issues
