Transitioning from Depends underwear
Great item that helped me transition from Depend underwear back to regular briefs after prostate removal surgery. Clean and easy to use.

Emergancy Protection
Good for surges and great for giving extra time to find a restroom. Quality is good and they do absorb quickly so you don't feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend these for uncontrolled incontinence. They work as advertised and are of good quality and price point if used for the purpose for which they were designed.

DEPEND Men's Guards
MY last purchase of DEPENDS Men's Guards was " DISAPPOINTING" as the quality has "GONE DOWN". They are NOT nearly effective as before and JUST DO NOT provide the protection I once enjoyed. I seriously need MORE protection than the latest ones provide. Herb

I can leave the house !
First time Ive used product like this But they have worked great for me I have an really bad OAB & BPH and can be merely minutes apart and with no notice at all & not worry about it now. I was trapped in my house until they arrived... Literally. I only have small amounts but very freuquent Im not certain if they could handle a heavy flow but I think they wouldas I was out for 4 + hours last week and they held up 5/6 times I use these with Tommy John Boxers they are expensive but worth it because I hate breifs

Not for Heavy Incontinence
Pads are good for my friend and do hold moderate leaking, but are not for anything more than that. Rather expensive but do a good job. Easy application and compact packaging for storage.

Temporary fix.
Though not quite as good as Depend Real Fit briefs, the Guards appear to be sufficient for short time use during the day most of the time with normal Underwear.

this will take care of my need for about 5 months I just hope I can still get them then
have needed these for some time . getting harder to find at a good price. Also the packing was carefully done.
