    Excellent seller! I ordered the printer and the seller posted it the same day, and it has arrived the next day. The printer was well packaged and it looked in excellent condition, but when I installed it, it didn't work perfectly. I reported this to the seller and when I described the problem, he sent me another one the same day without asking me to send the previous one back first. The second one have arrived on the next day. Excellent communication and problem solving. Thank you very much.

    Sleek, compact design and lightweight too

    Lovely product. Sleek design. Easy to use. Lightweight. I had a bit of a wobble when it came to connecting it to the wi-fi (as lots updated since I last had to connect a printer to the wi-fi!). Once I had found the instructions online, it was easy. I bought this as I had the inks (brand new ones too) when my old printer decided not to work for me. The printer brand is good and my first one lasted a long time so I know - whilst a different model - that his new one will give good service for my needs.

    Good basic printer to also scan and copy

    This printer prints, copies and scans. The quality is good. It is not too complicated: I do not want a printer with too many features.
