Body analysis
The trouble with these analysers is that they don't take into account how athletic you are. If you are knocking on a bit and muscular , it still assumes that you're just overweight. Does what it says on the box
How much do you have to pay to get more than just weight and BMI? I tried some less expensive scales that decided to give no data. For the Omron you enter gender, height and age. Do read the instructions. After that you get accurate readings and it shows previous value so you can see changes clearly for each of the values calculated. Bargain!
Been learning about body composition as a student dietitian and due to working online was unable to get into uni to try out the equipment so this was the next best thing. Inaccurate
