Decent lil sub amps,
Had a few variants of these, this one R1100M, the 1600 and the 2400. Amazingly none ever broke, my previous ones are probably out there somewhere still working. These are very picky about good ground, so if you have one going into Protection right out of the box, you may need to redo your ground or add another ground. Quality/Sound: it is what it is, for sub amps I think they sound just fine. Don't think I'd trust the brand for main 4-channel audio but for subs they drive great. Wattage: yeah lol, very obviously do not expect the numbers on this thing or the documentation to be anywhere close to actual output. They drive a sub fine but just don't go building a precise spec system around it. Physical Design: meh, it's not ugly but not gorgeous either. Do be warned that the blue BOSS logo leds are pretty blinding and distracting during a long night drive. I usually put something carefully over just the logo part, in the 2400 I had for years once it was out of warranty I opened it up and disconnected the leds.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Amazing
I'm currently running my boss amp on 3 12" JL audio subs and it sounds epic ,it's almost as if I have a trunk full of subs.Also I'd definitely recommend this product bc it's a cheap price with great quality .Not to mention it shipped a day earlier than I expected it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Crap amp
Fed by 4V inputs from a 9 band passive EQ, this thing had a hard time driving a 10" Boss sub in a vented enclosure. Every possible level turned up, sensitivity on inputs, etc. I ended up taking this back out after just a week. GREAT BASS
Great mono amp for the consumer who dont want to spend a lot for great sound. My deck had burned it's subwoofer out put and I needed another option, so I purchased this amp and it works great with it's own settings and bass remote. Boss Riot 1100 Best Bang For The Buck
I've been in to car stereos for 16 years now and this amp is one of the best. Powerful and intelligent, with the failsafe features. Have my first Riot in one car, and another is my wifes Jeep. look, I actually am a person who lives in illinios and bought this to put in my 1989 c2500 to power a jl audio 12 sub. it works well and seems to be the best value for the under 50 dollar price.
