Work the problem backwards
I have not finished reading it, however it is so compelling that I have to stop and absorb what I have read after a few paragraphs - on more than one occasion. It is an excellent book to read along with Neale Donald Walshs Conversations With God books (esp. Friendship with God, and Communion with God).
With Neale you open yourself to the possibility that God is the energy that binds all things. He has compelling arguments. So just imagine, the energy that creates and sustains ALL things (Stars, planets, ants and apes) is SENTIENT. From there, imagine that it creates localized energy fields with amnesia, and an ego (that would be us). We feel disconnected but are not. This is so the All in All (God) can experience the creation and life. With Neville Goddard you take the realization that you still are connected to the All in All (God) and that what you believe about yourself is what draws experiences to you.. If you want something it is better to believe you already have it, and imagine that you do with as much clarity as possible - and, if you do not hold on to any disbelief or contrary thought patterns - the thing you want will actually become manifest in your life. He also has compelling arguments.
The interesting thing is that Neville wrote his books in the 40s. Neale in the late 90s. God is still communicating. Are we listening?
