In the movie, she falls in love with a boy named Koyu. Unfortunately, Koyu is from a banned pride that once followed Scar. Refusing to let their love die, the two work together to bring harmony to the two divided prides. Produced by Walt Disney Pictures, this film is the sequel to “The Lion King.” Released in 1998, this 81-minute film is rated G. The special edition version of the DVD features exclusive extras, including a short video from beloved Timon and Pumbaa.

Lion King 2 Simba's pride
Disc was scratched and cracked, unplayable. There was a note slipped in the back of the clear case, stating simply, "Disc is beginning to crack, dispose." Another disc I bought with the bundle was much the same. Very disappointed. I understand second hand isn't mint condition, but it is despicable to profit from garbage.

This has and probably always be my sons favorite movie ever. He loves The Lion King, but he ahs always been sad at the death of Mufasa. However he loves everything about Simba. He even tolerates the fight that happens at the end against his uncle. I think to him it is much more upbeat, happy, and that's what matters to him. Being a disabled child, he has his quirks and likes, and this is one of only a handful of his loves!

The movie is 81 minutes long an features brand new songs .It is followed by A third movie The Lion King 1/12.

Happy, Happy!
I bought this DVD for a grandchild who had seen (and owned) the first Lion King movie. He always wanted Lion King 2, but for some reason never got it--until now. He was thrilled with this edition, and because I have a happy grandchild, I am happy, too. The story line is engaging, the characters believable (as much as animated characters can be), and the plot interesting enough that even adults can watch and enjoy Lion King 2. Happy watching!

Love this movie so much but it skipped
The movie is an awesome movie but when it got to the end of the movie, it skipped the entire ending. At about 10 minutes left, it went blank. It is one of my favorites and I wish I could watch the whole thing. Disappointed.

If you love the original Lion King, this is a must-have
While it follows in the footsteps of Simba and his rule as King, it's much like a satire of "Romeo and Juliet", whereas the first movie was a satire of "Hamlet. I loved the returning cast and characters. And I loved the music and the character development. Definitely worth buying

Great experience!
It was a great experience! I ordered the lion king and was expecting it to come in a week or longer. It ended up coming within 3 days! And I watched it to make sure the quality was good. And it had 1 scratch but it didnt show up while watching. So great quality!

This is completely bootleg.
I suspected when opening it, the cover was double printed. The DVD has low quality printing and the DVD cover when you slip it out is like printing from your home computer. After further investigation I received a warning stating the DVD has been used with DVD fab. Nice job buddy.

Delightful movie with memorable songs.
Bought this for my 10 & 7 year olds. They love it and my youngest likes it better than the first movie. Has a lot of the original cast, so you'll love the voice overs. They've memorized the songs already. 2 thumbs up!
