It appears that whoever packed the order placed a small complimentary lens cloth inside and omitted to put in the actual item. Only when I have chased them up, they inform me of a problem and refunded me. I ordered from them a few months ago for Father’s Day, it came two weeks late - waited 3 weeks altogether for delivery, and then it was the incorrect item! I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. An absolute waste of time, they shouldn’t even have listings available if they cannot fulfill
