Wonderful DVD
This DVD is the perfect beginners Pilate workout. I purchased this used, but it came with no scratches and in like new packaging. How To Make Pilates Enjoyable
I used to own this on VHS and remembered that I liked it so I picked up the DVD. I enjoy it even more than I remembered, it's challenging but not impossible.
