Product Information

A comet comes barreling into the planet after looming over the Earth for days. This comet is not just rock and ice - it's a mass of parasitic dust spawning countless zombies, hungry for human flesh, who are devouring anyone they can find. Hidden in a remote complex are the last survivors. Some are wounded, some have gone mad, but all of them must join together to fend off the grisly attacks by the man-eating creatures. With more zombies surrounding and infiltrating the hide-out by the minute, their chances for survival are just about up. It's horror to the max in what may be the ultimate cinematic tale of gore and chaos.

  • "DAYS OF DARKNESS" A BRAIN EATERS FAN'S

Fun film with a a group of total strangers crammed together in an abandoned radar station atop a mountain in Topanga, California, fending off brain eating ghouls of all ages, races, shapes and hairstyles all brought on by what else? A comet that hits Earth. And not only are they brain hungry, but once bitten the victim not only becomes a Zombie, but spawns the alien offspring responsible for the epidemic of dead people looking for brains on a half skull. Tom Eplin (Another World fame) is fun to watch as the take charge guy, along with other fun performances by a very diversely talented cast. Producer Kurt Andesen adds his usual off beat creativity and the dialogue is quite above the genre's usual low budget f bomb fest. Instead it's witty and gripping, the kudos here go to Writer/Actor Joey Gaynor who is rumored to have basically re-wrote the script from page one bringing a matinee type charm to what would otherwise be just another us vs the Zom's, get the ax Bubba chomp and gore play. Definitely worth movie night, predates The Walking Dead by 3 years.
