The ryobi weedeater is battery operated and it is wonderful. I have used it almost every day since I first purchased it. And it works EXCELLENT!! The blower is good, and the price was the clincher. Plus the guy I spoke to was awesome. Shipping speed was phenomenal. Just an all around excellent package which makes me very happy. Although I could still use a couple extra batteries. Single string trimmer manages to get the job done - up to a point
