    Before purchasing, I read this sellers feedback and there was one post that caught my eye. It stated that the seller was the real deal. It's very true. I received excellent communication, honesty and fairness from the seller throughout this ebay transaction. I couldn't ask for more and although the item didn't work out, I would still purchase from this seller again in the future.     The item was good abut had a bad battery. The seller when notified was determined to fix the issue and corresponded regularly. i did not have to send numerous emails and wait days for response . Thats how you do business. This seller needs to give a class to half of the folks selling items online on customer service.

    For the price this light was way better and had all of the features I wanted than anything I saw at the box stores. Looks really nice and is good quality materials. I like the size of it too because a lot of the decorative ones I saw at the stores where just too much for my type of suburban style home. This one adds a really nice look without looking out of place if that makes sense.., lol

    Replacment light fixture. Matchine older model, no longer available in stores

    Generally, this is a very nice light fixture from Heath-Zenith. My only complaint is with the manufacturer, not the seller. My experience over the last 10 years is this, and for similar lamps, the electronic module inside the lamp that controls the timer, dim function and motion detector, tends to fail at around 5 years. It would be great if the module could be replaced but they are not sold separately. I have two of these mounted on my garage. 5 years ago, they were still available at Home Depot. They come with a 5 year warranty. Both started failing within a year of each other. The first at 4 years and 8 months, so I got that replaced by H-Z for free under warranty. Murphy's Law, the second one started failing at about 5 years and 3 months so I was on the hook for that one. I ...

    Not as described

    They claimed that this was new if wasn't it was either a return or a store pull down it was missing the black nuts to secure the light to mounting bracket and the screws that secure the top to the base so water doesn't get on. I reused the ones from an old light I had.

    poor design

    you can't use a LED bulb in this light or the electronics go bad. I don't know why in this day and age anyone would design a light fixture that can't use a LED bulb.

    Great product. Would recommend and buy again

    Bought 2 of them. Received them in good reasonable time. Easy to install. They work perfectly and I am very impressed with them. One of the best items I've ever bought online and for a good price at that since they were an open box item.
