    Hilarious sitcom but with a very hard "R" rating.

    I've never laughed to hard when watching any sitcom; my sides ached from laughter within the first 10 minutes of the first episode and the series doesn't run out of steam. I wish there were more seasons. The characters are very engaging and you soon come to feel like one of the family. The writing is witty and funny, but the language is NOT for kids. It's loaded with sexual innuendo that adults might be OK with, but again, not for kids. I'd give this series a very hard "R" rating. That aside, the characters are very loving toward each other - a real family; you sense they love each other very much and pull together in difficult situations (and there are many of them).

    This series is hilarious and irreverent as only the Irish can be. Language is a bit on the nasty side. Definitely NOT for children. Watched clips on Utube and laughed out loud. So had to buy the series. It is filmed in front of a live audience so the laughter is genuine, not canned. Just love this series. Wish it had more than 3 seasons.

    Tons of fun!

    This is honestly one the funniest sit-coms I have ever seen! The ensemble is strong - each and everyone of them. The message is always pro-family and the love that family shares. It is especially great knowing so many of them are actually part of the same family in real life. The only caveat I would give is - if you are sensitive to cursing, there is a bit with the Irish flavor. Coming from an Irish family, I heard worse!

    best comedy since red skelton

    if you want a belly laugh. this is the show for you. haven't laughed so hard since carol b. or red s, was on. their live shows where they tried to get their fellow actor to flub lines . just get the right copy made for American disk players..

    First time I have heartily laughed in years

    Mrs. Brown's boys is the funniest comedy show I have ever seen in my life. I have a lot of health issues and getting me to laugh is not very easy. When I say this is the first time I have had a true gut wrenching laugh, I mean it
