Seller should not be able to use to the word “labubu” if not authentic. The Lafufu was terrible too, not even close to the real thing. A complete waste of money.

Although she had a “no returns” policy, she graciously accepted my request to return the item (I ordered the wrong size!). eBay enabled me to print a return label. The final cost for the return postage is subtracted from my refund. So easy! But- I was unable to find the item! I was able to return to eBay and simply cancel the return. The entire procedure makes it so easy to contact the seller- print the label- and then cancel the return!
