God of the Kitchen
Auguste Escoffier is an absolute legend, in at least the European kitchen and I'm pretty sure worldwide. Escoffier cookbook perfect
This cookbook was a gift for a friend who is a foodie of the first order!! Escoffier, to her, is the Chef of Chefs! She was ecstatic to receive it! Inclusive instruction
