Excellent
Honestly didn't expect such exceptional quality. It's very sturdy, very detailed and very generously priced for what you get. So far as painting an assembly goes the original mold comes out as a bright grey so using an ink wash or a 'Gundam Marker' is a really easy and effective way to give it a fantastic finish; assembly is daunting at first but so simple that you could compare it to Lego. Please note that in the attached pictures each shadow has been painted on - this item will require painting it will not look good without.

Easy to build and lightweight with great detail.
It's not easy to add tiny details on such a small ship, and this kit has a lot of it. The only area I wish had more detail is the "trench" that lines the starboard, port and stern. But for an experienced modeller this can be easily rectified with plasticard. With some modifications you could drill tiny holes into the hull and add LEDS to light the ship up.
