Unexpected timing issues
This unit for the Chevy 235 - 6 cyl engine was very simple to install. A no brainer. The part I am not happy with is that the timing has to be set alot higher (12 degrees) than specs to get the engine to run properly. I really expect no change in the timing and the instructions state nothing about it occurring. Had to speak with tech support to get this info. Never ran better
put this on my 235 6 cyl. Had no timing issues like the other guy. After messing with points for years and never having it run perfectly, this did the trick. Fired up immediately and ran smooth with no missing. My 56 Chevy never ran better. Wish I would have gotten this years ago. If your on the fence about this product, jump over. Great little product!

Difficult to install w/o timing lite

Clean start up
