I know they deal with a massive amount of packages but to throw,rip,probe and just disgustingly man handle our products we spend good money is NOT effective and to treat every item like it's a bomb or drugs is unexceptional. And since this one product went thru EIGHT different center hands,the item should have been wrapped better. Thanks.

The doll was in pristine condition with all original clothing as well as accessories. Upon examination, the doll was mint new and is a nice piece of doll art work.
