AREAL money saver!
For years, I used a "Polaris" brand pool cleaner, which is a GOOD pool cleaner, but still left some after the fact residue that need actual vacuuming , again, with the pool pump running. With soaring Electric bills, and cutting the filter pump to a 4-6 hour a day run, instead of 24-7, I turned to the Newest and Greatest pool cleaner, the MAYTRONICS Dolphin Nautilus. The Best things are, 1. The Energy-Hog pool pump does NOT need to run. 2. The robotic pool cleaner scrubs the sides as well as the pool floor. 3. The micro screen filter cleans up silt, sand, grass trimmings, pet hair, and even pine needles! Time is money. The less time you spend cleaning your pool means more time to actually ENJOYING it! I can not tell you how many times I have had to disassemble mu pool pump to clean hair and grass trimmings trapped in the impeller, drastically reducing it's effectiveness.
