I'm stuck with an outdated machine and can not return it.
The Marantz cdr300 is outdated and came with no power cord. I had to buy that extra. I have been using a Marantz cdr310, which they do not offer anymore. The replacement costs $1,000! I can't afford that. Thought this was a pretty good deal, Wrong. It is not compatible with my software. They will not let me return it.

FIRST AND FOREMOST WITH A NAME LIKE MARANTZ YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG !! KNOWN FOR THEIR RECIEVERS AND AMPLIFIERS, THEY WENT TO THE NEXT STEP WITH THIS CDR-300 PLAYER/RECORDER !! IT'S A NICE WAY TO RECORD MUSIC OR VOICE AND VINYL RECORDS THAT WERE NEVER RELEASED ON CD !! K-TEL HERE WE COME !! P.S. READ THE OPERATORS MANUAL ON THIS ONE DON'T LET THE HI-TECH WORDING SCARE YOU OFF !!

Won’t read cd discs to record or play I’m really aggravated 160$ down the drain

Great product
I have been using the Marantz for about 10 years and my business as a hypnotherapist and I've been very satisfied with it all these years. The reason I bought another one is that after 10 years I was concerned it might have a problem with it and wanted to have an extra one.
