Very creative approach to gaming
Game format provides mystery and sudden swings. Victory can be sudden lost by the craftiness of your opponent. Very balanced between the Empire and Rebel Alliance. No 2 games are the same.

A Star Wars space epic in a box!
This game is so great to take up a few hours of your day. The satisfaction of finding the rebels or escaping the Empire is extreme. While the game may have a bit of a learning curve, it is well worth it. (Also, while I don’t have the expansion yet, I do here it redoes the combat part completely and makes the base game much better) However even without it, the game is still a very, very enjoyable game experience on your table! 😃😃😃

Awesome Star Wars experience!
Fantastic experience for anyone who loves the original SW trilogy. Components are excellent, and the rules are easy to learn. Highly recommended.

Truely Star Wars in a Box
It is Star Wars in a box.. what else can I say. If you like heavy tactical games with lots of cool pieces and strategies like Axis and Allies or Twilight Imperium 3-4 and you like Star Wars even a little bit, then you will love this game... get the expansion while you are at it.

If it calls to you, but it now
I have wanted this game for a long time and hesitated based on some negative reviews. I, for one, have absolutely enjoyed the contest between the empire and the rebellion. The components are gorgeous and the struggle engrossing. Eagerly looking forward to my next match.

"Great Features, a game worth playing."
Fantastic Star Wars game. Really brings many scenes from the various movies to life. Easier to learn that expected. Fun.

Great game, excellent components
Played this at GenCon and my son and I loved it. Waiting to give it to him for his birthday, but the little I played, this is excellent value for the money.

Nice miniature star destroyers.
Nicely detailed for their size. Works well scale-wise with other vehicle pieces.
