It already had filament in the nozzle where it had been used and was missing some hardware and the preloaded SD drive. Not really a big deal, I spent 30 dollars to replace the missing pieces (with extra to spare), the product works fine , I'm still new to 3d printing this is only my second printer so I'm having a hard time learning a belt printer but that's part of the fun. Overall I do recommend the purchase. Even after the replacement parts were purchased I was still more than 100 dollars ahead.
