But honestly I wasnt even upset because the seller was great at communicating. And it will have many more uses with travel ball. Packaging was perfect. Everything was as described. I just realized I haven't turned it on. Should probably do that then finish, but all in all seller was wonderful so I have no doubt if there was an issue it would get resolved.
