Bei gebundenen Büchern ist der Schutzumschlag möglicherweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bindung weist geringfügige Gebrauchsspuren auf.     An Optimistic Vision for the Future

    I heard the author being interviewed by Jordan Peterson and thought: "I have to get his book!" So far it hasn't disappointed. Packed full of graphs, statistics and references, Pickner presents a refreshingly positive perspective on the direction humanity is taking, and us humans' capacity to do more good than harm. Highly recommended, especially for younger people faced with the never ending pesimism about our planet.

    Great Book - tells us what has worked and what has not.

    This book offers a fresh new perspective on mankind's history and the world we're building supported with facts, datas and statistics. It points out what has worked and what has not for both individuals and societies and has inspired me to do more of what works. A touch of this realism can offer everyone new hope and effective tools to face the future and whatever challenge it's going to bring.
