Hard hitting with some great ballads and hard rock tracks.
Into The Wild Life is the third full length album by Halestorm and easily their second best. To date my favorite albums by the band would be their latest, Vicious, followed by Into The Wild Life. Their first two albums are great but Vicious and Into The Wild Life have more variety from song to song. Vicious shows the bands harder side and a lot of maturity while Into The Wild Life shows the band can also do more pop oriented 80's flavored metal, which was the style I loved in the 80's. Apocalyptic is the best example of the band being aggressive and Dear Daughter shows their sensitive side and it shows how they can mix it up.
