    Paid for this book (more $ than other listings had it for so we could receive it quickly), never got shipping notification, and 8 days later when it was due to arrive, got message from seller refunding us for the order saying they did not have the item any longer. In the meantime we lost both time and opportunity to purchase from others. Totally unprofessional to be selling items you do not have- and then even worse to take over a week to let us know.
