Product Information

Guide embittered soldier John Rambo on a mission to save his friend Colonel Trautman from Russian forces in Afghanistan. The action takes place from an overhead perspective as you blast enemies with a choice of weapons. Rambo is armed with a machine gun, crossbow, hunting knife, and timed explosives, each of which can be switched to at any time. While the majority of the game involves battling throngs of heavily armed soldiers, direct confrontations with helicopters and tanks switches the perspective to a third-person view set behind Rambo's back. You'll then need to aim a crosshair target to fire an explosive arrow from your crossbow. Run and gun your way through a total of six missions to complete the game.

Great Run & Gun Game
This is some classic Genesis old school fun, you run around different stages blowing stuff up and saving hostages. The music is fun as well as the game this is a staple that should be in every Genesis owner collection.

Retro Rambo
Owned this game originally back when I was a kid remember having a hard time on level 3 couldn't make it past didn't understand that the enemy's head patterns after revisiting game it is quite fun.
