Original, drop in replacement
Original part, fits right. Replaced an older part number with this. Note that this part number is all black (Mine was grayish on top), and doesn't have the decal like the original that came in the lawn mower. Otherwise the size is identical. One needs to use the metal plate that is on the lawn mower and the original screws. The only difficult part on replacing this module is removing the original cable from the lawn mower and hooking it back up. I end up disassembling the handle gearbox to be able to stretch the cable deeper into the well on the lawn mower.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Clutch cable replacement
Seems to work fine. Somewhat difficult to access under the mower deck but eventually managed to get the clip and spring installed after about 20 minutes. Hopefully the plastic handles will last and not break off like the factory unit.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Works on my Craftsman.
Bought as a replacement for a Craftsman ez walk drive control. The unit fits easily as a replacement without modification and works perfectly but the levers do not match/line up with the Craftsman mower straight bar. These are slightly curved and follow the arch on many Husqvarna mowers and not the straight bar across the top of my Craftsman. If you can accept that minor detail, it beats buying a new mower because this part was discontinued on my model 917370940. Drive system operates perfectly.
