Why I bought this
My uncle had a copy of this book when it first came out in the 80s under its original name "Dynamic Tensions". I bought this for him for a late birthday gift, I dont think I've ever seen that much joy in his face from something. This is a amazing book for anyone who wants to gain weight strictly from using your own body weight. Good book for building power and strength.
I like the arrangement of exercises and the instructions on why and what their used for. I believe in the breathing through the performance of the strength exercises, but I don't believe I chi.
