    Order never arrived and the seller responded to my inquiry about the book by telling me he sent me the wrong book and I needed to send that one back first. I never received anything from him. I gave him a week past the original delivery date to send the book but tracking only ever said a label was created and no more updates were available. I cannot recommend buying from this seller.
