Great price for the whole set!
Only had the first Sweatin' to the Oldies on VHS but tape was dying. Got this whole set for my Wife.. Great surprise and very good timing for her.

Blast from the past
My wife LOVED these videos 25 years ago! The VHS tapes didn’t hold up, so I was very excited to find this complete set on DVD. It is an excellent value compared to buying them separately. I highly recommend it!

Great workout dvds.
I did these vhs videos way back, and got great results I love the low impact and high energy. I was thrilled to find the set on DVD and at a great price.

Great way to excercise!
Arrived as described. Good value for the cost. Since the gym is closed great way to excercise and enjoy some oldies music. Entertainment and fitness all in one.

Just like the original VHS versions
This is the same workouts that were on the original VHS tapes. They are in higher quality and the ease of playing on your dvd/ bluray player. Easy/ medium low impact workout.

I like the slow start and not to hard work out that will help you, I’ve done this tape years ago and it’s the only one I enjoy as far as knowing I can do 30 min with my knee trouble and it work well for me
