A Good, Vigorous Workout
The previous version of this product provides only 2.5 pounds of weight and is just too light for me to be affected by it. But this being the larger and heavier 5-pound version, it registers as significantly heavier in your hands and thus provides a much more vigorous experience. Better than I thought it would be
