Fun, classic 1980 tv shot on location in sunny las Vegas. A must see for us old guys who can't stand to see what's on tv today.
The final season 3 aired in 1980. Classic 80's t.v. Characters are well developed so no one is a real hard case like today's shows. Judy landers left after season 1 but I don't really miss her character as she was unbelievably air headed. Phyllis Davis is the gorgeous secretary for Robert Ulrich's, Dan Tanna character. Both smart and mature she is an eyeful. Greg Morris adds professionalism as a police detective and friend to Tanna. Tanna's sidekick Binzer adds to the humor and humanity as a regular sort of guy, sometimes hero, sometimes clutz. It is fantastic to see Tony Curtis in a supporting role as a casino owner. He is still all class. On the downside, the story lines become monotonous at times, too many kill Dan Tanna themes. Aside from wondering how Dan Tanna survives the carbon monoxide smell after parking his car in his home, the show is basic fun set in the glitz, glamour and seediness of 1980 Las Vegas.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
