Love it & Use it a lot
This has become my favorite yoga DVD, so much so that I've given two away as gifts. First of all, there are 7 different practices for the price of 1. I love them all, but my favorites use a yoga block which I had never used before. Now I use it all the time; it feels great on my lower back. I do have arthritis, and the practice for osteoarthritis has become the one I use most often.

Surprisingly good
i bought the dvd thinking it would be kind of old ageish. there are 8 different routines. have to admit i only have been through the first routine. i am happy to report my muscles are stronger and more supple since starting. the pace is perfect for a recent couch potato. exercise isnt in my vocabulary. yoga is. the additional routines will increase my endurance.

Great workouts!
I am enjoying these over 50 yoga workouts. It's nice to NOT do plank and downward dog between every pose! Eight different workouts keeps it interesting, and there's one for osteoarthritis as well as osteoporosis. The narration is soft and slow, which may be a bit too slow for some people, but works for me!

Good for seniors!
I like the variety of sessions in which to participate. The slow pace and verbal instructions are great. I would have liked a session in which a full, flowing series of movements was challenging.

Calming
This DVD was pretty nice. I thought it would be boring but it gives you a choice of ways to work out. Keeps things interesting and in perspective.🙂

Defecttive CD does not play. want a credit to my account/company does not respond.
Cd Will not play, starts and then just keeps repeating, I e-mailed the address on the form and nobody has replied. I am contacting my credit card company to withhold payment. Very disappointed.

Great for Corona replacement of actual class
