Be careful buying the box on other sites as the price displayed sometimes only refers to the carrier. I checked that everything was included with the seller who quickly reassured me the price included box and carrier. Recommended 🙂

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
