Johnny Rivers - LA Reggae & Blue Suede
Johnny Rivers was one of my favorite recording artists. His vocals are always first rate as well as his choice of material, always accompanied by great musicians and fine musical arrangements. LA Reggae has some of his best original songs. Blue Suede is an album consisting of covers of other artists. Some of his versions here outshine the original recordings. Both albums are excellent.
