Gives everyone a quiet night :-)
For years my wife and children have likened my snoring to living with a chainsaw. These little things have made a big difference especially to my wife who says it does stop the snoring completely but reduces the volume and amount of snoring more than enough to stop the murderous thoughts at 3am. And surprisingly, at least to me, I wake up feeling more refreshed too.

Reall helps breathing!
I have tried the strips that stick on your nose and they inevitably come off in the middle of the night. I also tried some cone shaped plasic things but they were irritating and also fell out during the night. I reckon this product is the best, short of having a nose operation!

Helped with my terrible snoring!
This was a great product but far too expensive for regular use. A pity really, as the manufacturing costs must be very low.

24 hour improvement
Got this for my husband and it has helped him a lot. Better sleep and after using it at night for over a year he has better day time breathing. Certainly value for money. Better than sprays, strips, etc.
