The doctor who wrote this book has 20+ years of clinical experience and has some spectacular results using the right kind of salt on his patients with high blood pressure, My husband started using this salt at the recommended dosage every day and his BP came down 15 points systolic and 10 points diastolic in about 10 days. With unrefined salt. (Celtic)! So simple and so easy. I also pulled him off all sources I could find of refined salt. Now we buy saltl free foods like butter and add the right kind of salt to it. Great book with interesting information worth reading!
