Working for me!
I like that the contact points are over the molars. I have a mouth guard that was made by my dentist about 25 years ago and my front bottom teeth contact the base of the guard. (It certainly has lasted much longer than any commercial guard will though, I'm sure.) I have tori, especially behind my front lower teeth, which keep growing, and there are some dental opinions that support that bruxism accelerates their growth. I wanted to try this guard to have that different contact point. I had to mold it twice as I didn't press down on it hard enough the first time, and it doesn't fit snuggly on my teeth, but it has stayed in place enough while I sleep where it isn't a problem or making me nervous about it causing any blockage in my mouth. For the cost, it's been a good experience. I'm hoping to get at least 6 months out of it.
