Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.

Buyer opened an item not received claim and only gave us 4 days to handle claim instead of sending buyer a message to inquire into the order. Seller informed buyer the order had to be cancelled and to reorder the item and we will get it shipped to buyer. Also had personal issues to contend with last week. Buyer could have easily re-ordered the item as seller instructed buyer to do.

The seller said they only had 2 left so I ordered both because we hadn't been able to find that color anyplace else. I ordered them on September 9th but didn't receive them until October 3rd and they weren't green as advertised but blue. I then contacted the seller by sending them an email requesting a refund and instructions on how to return them. I sent that email on October 3rd and it's now the 8th. The seller has not responded.
