I checked each bay in the front and pulled every node out and everything looks amazing! I was impressed with the shipping. Usually free shipping is sketchy. I half expected torn boxes with damaged parts. Not A Chance with this careful shipping. Each server was encased in easy to remove foam material and the box joints were taped with "Warning Sensitive Electronics" Very Professional!!

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. A hard drive tray was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement hard drive tray right away. The packaging was done very well, it was just unlucky. Great professional communication.
