He did not have to, but he was very kind and offered me a lower price. Communication was good. Packaging was excellent. Item described as it came, no issues at all. I am never pleased with shipping, but it's something that we all have to pay for. I have no negative remarks to leave. It was a pleasant and positive transaction.

I communicated with Grandma's Attic Treasures, and the response was quick, with the seller pursuing the package through their shipper. Alas, the package disappeared, and a refund was issued. Did this happen in shipping, or does the shrink wrap disguise it? Due to the album corners, I would definitely not have graded this album in NEW condition as described. Creative packaging for shipping an album, but it seemed to work just fine.
