Not as good as I had hoped it would be
Cheap design and hard to use. I feel like it gets one side of the knife sharp, but not so much the other. The cheap plastic centering cap is off center of the grinding stone. Also, it takes 4aa batteries (which cost almost as much as the unit itself) and is weak. I would have rather had it be plug-in. Waste of time
Bought this so that my Mom could sharpen her knives easier. It was given as a small Christmas gift. Read the instructions and tried it out. Worthless... nearly destroying a knife. Read the instructions again. Tried another knife... still the same! Tried a pair of scissors and it made them more dull... I reboxed this junk, and tossed it into the garbage can to never be seen again. Save your money and buy a cheap manual sharpener. Amazing how well it sharpens
I have not yet had time to use all of the many features of this sharpener, but am impressed so far with what it does so easily and quickly. My son will be using it when he soon visits, that is for sure. I also like the fact that it is small and takes up no room in my tiny apartment and too small kitchen. Could not be happier ! Don't bother.
I bought this to sharpen my kitchen knives and a couple folding blade pocket knives. Well, the slot for strait edge knives proved too narrow for my pocket knives. And when I tried my kitchen knives, the motor showed itself to be under-powered as it would slow down or just stop as I tried pulling a blade through. The same thing for a pair of scissors I tried. Swifty not so swift

Easy to use any where

Knife Sharpner

Review of motorized knife sharpener
